| MAKING LINKS - for women who have experienced violence, as well as problems with alcohol, drugs, gambling etc. This education group will highlight the various links and similarities between violence and substance abuse, and the harm they cause to the person as a whole. Participants are then given the opportunity to decide if they would like to participate in further counselling services for their substance abuse, gambling behaviors and abuse experiences. |

| SEXUAL ABUSE GROUP - for a survivor of any form of sexual abuse/assault in your past or recent past. If you are experiencing any effects of abuse (shame, guilt, anger, negative coping mechanisms, etc) this group is for you. You will have an opportunity to process your experience and its effects with other women who have similar experiences. |
